Sue Trinder is a successful and experienced trainer, writer and coach. She has held many senior roles in the public sector both in the UK and overseas and now specialises in leadership development and communications including emotional health. She helps people to improve their self-awareness and confidence, improve influencing skills, develop individual leadership style and maximise their wellbeing, their impact and results.
Sue has an MSc in Management and is an NLP Master Practitioner and certified coach. She was one of the first people in the UK to train and graduate with Michael Grinder, pioneer in non verbal intelligence and group dynamics She is an Associate Trainer with Samaritans, delivering the award winning WorkLife emotional health and communications skills programmes.
She is now studying positive psychology at UEL and is a Certified Transformative Coach with Michael Neill's New York SuperCoach Academy .

Kay Griew is a certified NLP trainer who has worked directly with Sue Knight, as well as being a trained counsellor, supervising and delivering CPD sessions. She is a Partner in Wits End Consulting.
She has also run stress busting workshops for NHS staff and is a trainer in Heart Coherence ie techniques which include physiological feedback to help improve performance.
Mary Mustoe is a certifed NLP coach, has an MA in Social Work, and extensive management experience in the public and not for profit sectors including the Ministry of Justice, probation, health, education, social services and the voluntary sector. Patricia McBride is the author of several self help books. She is studying for a degree in psychology and trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with the Quest Institute. She has previously been a social worker and trainer and is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
