"Sue, you're a genius! I don't know how you did it, but you've kick-started me into action. I've surprised myself yesterday and today by how much I'm prepared to delve into things. That whole day was so worthwhile for me." Marion Lane, Director Emjay Projects Ltd, Economic Development Consultant
"Thanks for your help Sue - helped me step back and think about what I wanted out of this process and to therefore take the emotion out of it." Richard Abraham
"That was fantastic - the room was cold but the trainer was warm and friendly. Thanks Sue, an enjoyable, informative day!" M, Welsh Women's Aid
"I found the course both informative and enjoyable. The opportunity to discuss issues in a safe environment, relate them to the training we were having, and having the time to get to know my fellow managers a little better was invaluable. I think as a group we worked well together and your friendly, non judgemental approach made the learning fun. I have taken various elements of the training and am now putting them into practice. This in itself demonstrates that the whole experience has been very worthwhile." Linda Lewis, Customer Service Manager, Revenues and Benefits, Reading Council
"Excellently presented and easy to follow. A very well structured and professional course." MP, Welsh Domestic Abuse Helpline
"Sue led a training session on Myers Briggs for my research group which was extremely useful. She helped the group to understand their differences and enabled me to appreciate aspects of their individual personalities that I had not realised.
Sue also provided me with some training on non verbal communication and in particular some techniques for delivering hard-to-hear news. These were also very useful and I have used them when I have wanted to deliver criticism and/or difficult feedback. This has been very successful in the sense that the recipient of the feedback has been less defensive and I think they have found the information easier to "hear".
